Dr. Foos

Dr. Andrea Foos grew up in the suburbs of South Miami with her parents and two brothers. Her mother
was a dental assistant, now trained to be a dental hygienist. The dental field was always a part of Dr.
Foos’s life and her love for science and art motivated her to go down the dental track.
She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Central Florida, becoming the
Vice President Director in the Pre-Dental Student Association and falling in love with the profession.
Upon graduation, she went on to work in a dental office for two years in Miami to gain a better
understanding of life as a dentist. This job had only fueled her passion to become a dentist herself,
leading her to complete a Master of Biological Sciences degree at Barry University and then a DMD
degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She is a current member of the American Dental
Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Foos is in the perfect profession because she has the biggest sweet tooth! When she is not baking for
her friends and family over the weekend, you can find her in the mountains hiking or skiing. When
weather traps her inside, she loves to curl up with a nice book and hot cup of tea.
Dr. Foos has a passion for knowledge and is always continuing her education and looking to grow as a
provider. Her calming and gentle nature puts patients at ease as she strives for perfection in her craft.
